Every beginners will make mistakes while running because they dont have an idea that how much they should run a day.so they should keep the daily target while running and Summertime is the perfect season to start a running program. With the sun shining, there's simply no reason to not lace up your sneaks and hit the road. But before you get started, learn the five mistakes every beginning runner makes. And try to skip them!
The beginners donot have an idea of wearing a perfect shoes for running. Because they dont have the idea that what will happen if we wear other casual shoes or slippers. Maybe you've heard this one before, but it's worth repeating. You may think because your feet feel okay, and you're not getting blisters, you're in the clear. But poor-fitting and uncomfortable shoes can cause all sorts of unexpected problems like : ankle pain, hip pain, even shoulder pain, and so on. This is why I think of wearing wrong shoes as the "silent killer" of running programs.
The beginners should not keep the unrealistic goals because they are learners and beginners. So they should not keep any goals that he had to reach because they know their abilility that how much they can run. It’s very easy to get caught up in what others are doing and try to match up with them, especially when it comes to running. But remember: the only person you should be competing against is yourself. It's okay—even recommended—to start with an even smaller goal, like running a mile. And then move forward from there.
A car can’t run without gas, right? So it is clear that every runner should have a suffient food what they are required before running and so that he should not eat more than limit before running and he should have a water before running or after completion of running. It also probably won’t run very well if you fill it with water. This is exactly the way you should be thinking about fueling yourself for a run. Often the difference is proper food and water.
STARTING TOO FAST
The most common mistake that all new runners make: going too hard, too fast. By not easing into it, you end up exhausted much sooner than expected, because of this you are unable to continue the running and fail to reach the target because you have already exhausted your energy. So this can make running seem too hard, which can lead you to quit your program all together.
WEARING THE WRONG SHOES

SETTING UNREALISTIC GOALS

Fueling improperly

Heel Striking
This mistake was most probably done by all beginners while running. So running means not only going too hard or too fast . That the runners as to run slowly and steadily until they learned. You may have heard the term, but many people don’t know what this is or how to fix it. By overstriding (landing on your heel first), you are opening yourself up to injury, such as shin splints.
